We recommend children to be aged under 8 years to attend a play session but if your child is over 8 years old, please contact us to discuss their suitability as we understand development can vary for each child.

All children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult (18 years or over) during their visit and supervised throughout. Please remember, our staff are not responsible for the supervision of your child at any point during your visit. This is for your child’s wellbeing and for insurance purposes.

Pre-walkers can attend for free with an older sibling or are £7.

We offer a childminder discount. Please email hello@pureimaginationplay.co.uk with your Ofsted URN and childminder name. You will be then sent a discount code to use at checkout.

All outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the play area and socks must be worn at all times. Please feel free to bring grippy socks or slippers.

All bookings and deposits are non-refundable. Transfers may be permitted with 24 hours notice via your booking email. *Currently 3hrs if moving online yourself.

We reserve the right to close at any time, this will be for your safety and security, if this occurs, we will issue full refunds or transfer to another session.

If children or adults show any signs of illness, please do not attend. If you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your visit to inform us, we can re-arrange your visit. Alternatively, you can gift your session to a friend with an appropriately aged child for the session you booked only. Please let us know in this instance by email hello@pureimaginationplay.co.uk 

In the interest of Health and Safety, please report any accidents or breakages to a member of staff immediately. 

When taking pictures of your own children we please ask that you try to only take pictures of your own children due to privacy concerns. We cannot be held responsible for any images shared by other customers.

Any behaviour, from a child or adult, that is deemed unacceptable will be logged and the individuals will be asked to leave. In this instance, a refund will not be granted.

Each play session will last 90 minutes. Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your booked session, as the doors will be closed, this is due to the centre being cleaned and re-set prior to each session. You can attend at any time from the start of the session. However, you must leave at the end of the allotted time so that the play areas and café and be cleaned for the next sessions. 

Food and drinks should not be consumed within the play area. Please wipe children’s hands after food to ensure children who may have allergies remain unaffected.

Only food and drink purchased on the premises should be consumed within the café with the exception of babies and those with allergies.

Please inform us if you have any allergies, especially when eating or drinking within our café area.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within the centre.

Pure Imagination cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your visit.

Adults must have at least one child to attend and cannot book alone. If you wish to add another adult to your booking, please email us hello@pureimaginationplay.co.uk. 

When a booking is made on behalf of others, the buyer is responsible for notifying all those in the party of these terms and conditions.

THE IMAGINATION CLUB T's & C's

Each payment will be taken on the same day each calendar month and should you wish to stop or pause your membership, no refund or partial refund will be given. If cancelled, your membership to The Imagination Club will remain until the day before your next payment is due and if pausing your membership, you are able to do this for one full calendar month, during which your membership and codes will not be active and you'll then need to resubscribe with the link we provide. 

As with normal bookings, with The Imagination Club, you still need to book online as to which session you'd like to attend, having the membership does not guarantee that you'll get a space in a session. 

The Imagination Club membership cannot be shared between people, a photograph will be taken upon first payment and sharing your code will result in us cancelling your membership immediately with no notice and no refund.
